Yep! A 40% deposit locks in your spot on our design calendar. The rest is split into two easy payments as your project moves along.

AI Design Concepts wrap up in about 4-6 weeks (quick and fun).

3D Rendering and Build Packages usually take 6-8+ weeks, depending on project scope and size.

Both! Pricing is per room, but if you’ve got a whole home (or multiple rooms) we’ll pull together a custom proposal that fits your project.

Since every design is custom, refunds aren’t something we can offer. But we get it — life happens. If something changes, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help.

Yes! All links are current at the time of delivery, but keep in mind availability can change! If this happens, just reach out! We’ll work to source something similar for you.

You get full personal-use rights to everything we create — so you can bring your design to life whenever and however you’d like. We just ask that our work stays for your project only (no sharing, reselling, or reusing it elsewhere). Arden Design House keeps creative ownership of the original design concepts and visuals.

Mostly virtual — because that’s how we can work with amazing clients anywhere. But if you’re near Golden, CO or Columbus, OH, we do offer limited in-person services.

No — we give you the roadmap, sources, and links, but purchasing and installation are all you (or your contractor). Don’t worry, we make it super easy.
